REMOTE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING – WEDNESDAY 20TH MAY 2020
Please can you vote on the following items by email before noon on Wednesday 20th May 2020. Providing I have a decision by majority, with at least one third of councillors voting the decision will be recorded.
I will keep a record of the minutes to cover these decisions whilst we are not meeting in person. I will send the draft minutes out for approval on a monthly basis so that you have the opportunity to suggest corrections in a timely manner. These minutes can then be formally agreed and signed when we are able to meet in person. The process may need to be changed if guidance to the contrary is received from Government.

e) Cemetery – following guidance the cemetery has been closed to visitors
