REMOTE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING – WEDNESDAY 12th August 2020

Please can you vote on the following items by email before noon on Wednesday 12th August 2020.  Providing I have a decision by majority, with at least one third of councillors voting the decision will be recorded.

I will keep a record of the minutes to cover these decisions whilst we are not meeting in person.  I will send the draft minutes out for approval on a regular basis so that you have the opportunity to suggest corrections in a timely manner.  These minutes can then be formally agreed and signed when we are able to meet in person.  The process may need to be changed if guidance to the contrary is received from Government.

a)   CSW report on activity since last meeting – there has been done to report. The Speed device has remained in place on A158.  CSW activity has been given the go ahead since 15th June 2020.

d)   Parish Noticeboard 

e)   Cemetery – is now open for all visitors

f)   Litter picking activity – consider organising a socially distanced date for September

g)   Newsletter – consider restarting this distribution

a)   S/201/00718 & 719/20 – The Grove, Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission for gates and lights has been approved.
