You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of West Ashby Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 19th May 2021 commencing at 7.30pm this meeting will be held in the village hall and also by Zoom. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below, this is the Annual Parish Council meeting.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.30 and 7.45 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

West Ashby Village Hall has a Covid safe capacity of 30 and therefore the number of the public that can be accommodated is 22.
