2022/166   Planning Matters

a)   S/201/02235/22 – Erection of 3 no holiday cottages and a stable block, alterations to existing vehicular access and construction of an internal access road at Milestone House, Louth Road, West Ashby.  This planning application was discussed in some detail and views from each parish councillor were taken.  It is felt that this proposal would be3 overdevelopment of the site and that there is a lack of infrastructure for such a development.  Councillors discussed the neighbours to the site and the letter of objection which has been drafted ahead of this meeting and following further debate the members resolved to object to the proposal and send the now approved letter of objection to ELDC planning department.
